FALLBROOK — Frank Voges, from Scout Troop 731 in Fallbrook, earned the rank of Eagle Scout on Aug. 28.
His crew erected a flag pole with night illumination at St. Margaret Church in Oceanside, where Voges is a parishioner and an altar server.
The flagpole was completed last April, just in time for the Easter season.
