OCEANSIDE — The Mission San Luis Rey Fiesta recently returned to the mission grounds for the first time in 25 years.

The three-day event, held June 16 to 18, included food, live music, games and other activities, including the crowning of a Fiesta Queen, Princess, and Little Prince and Little Princess.

Mission San Luis Rey, which was founded in 1798, is celebrating its 225^th anniversary this year.
