Photos and stories that you think would be of interest to our readers can be sent to us via regular mail or e-mail.

For photos submitted via e-mail, please save them as jpegs at a resolution of at least 200dpi. Do not shrink a photo to increase its dpi. Stories sent via e-mail can be attached as text or word files, or pasted into the e-mail.

For photos submitted via regular mail, please let us know if you would like them returned. And for stories sent via regular mail, please use a clear, easy-to-read font so that we can scan it easily.
